Politique de remboursement

For the first 30 days, most products may be returned - no questions asked.  If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but will allow a store credit up to 45 days from the date of purchase. On the 46th day and afterward, we can no longer offer a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

Several types of merchandise are not eligible for return.

  • Custom Made products from Miroir Brot, Electric Mirror, Keuco, and Woodio,
  • Products marked "custom" or "custom made" may not be returned.  
  • Most skin care products may not be returned unless they are in their original container with an unbroken seal.
  • Gift cards
  • Hardwired mirrors that have been electrically connected.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please do not send your purchase back without a return label obtained from us. You may obtain the return label by contacting service@reflectPerfection.com or phoning customer service at 866-799-9888 (press 1). We will issue a return label and send it to you by email.  The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund issued.

Packages received without a valid return label are automatically refused. If accidentally accepted, a $20 unauthorized and research fee is deducted from the refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will forward an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If we've notified you that a refund has been issued and it fails to appear on your credit card statement after 72 hours, first check with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@ReflectPerfection.com.

We do not do exchanges. Instead we will issue a refund. You may then purchase the product or a different product. An exception is made for a damaged product.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Christmas Gifts purchased November 10th are eligible for return if requested by January 10th.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will find out about your return.
