A built-in motion sensor conserves battery power in this reversible makeup mirror.  The batteries are rechargeable and you can plug in the mirror and use it, lighted, while it recharges.  Or, you can connect the charger to a USB port from which it will also recharge the batteries.  The LEDs provide bright halo lighting and, as you know, they're long-lasting.  The mirror has a double-extension, double-swivel arm that can bring the mirror out to 13.75" from the wall, and the mirror flips over and tilts in its rotating yoke - for the perfect viewing angle.
