Included the kit are side mirrors that add elegance to the sides of the cabinet.  \n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nThe 2\" Kit serves a different purpose.  Most walls are about 4\" thick, so that a complete recess of the 6\" Sidelight cabinet leaves about 2\"  of the sides of the cabinet visible.  The 2\" Kit's purpose is to mirror the still-visible sides of the partially recessed cabinet.  Note that if you have an older home with 6\" depth to the wall, complete recess is possible and no side mirror kit is necessary.\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nFinally, If your wall is insulated and the insulation in the area where the cabinet is to be recessed or partially recessed cannot be removed, then recessing is not possible. Sidler products are, therefore final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
