Keuco products are shipped directly to you from Germany, where they are made by meticulous German craftsmen.  Chrome finished products will ship in a few days if in stock, and a maximum of 3 weeks if not  in stock.  Other finishes will take much longer, depending on the product and the finish; 8-16 weeks is required.  Shipment is Free and via UPS Int'l Express and transit time is 2-3 days.
