About Shipping
Each Decor Walther order is shipped to you from Germany.
Here's how it works:
In Germany, individual orders are consolidated and loaded into a shipping container that departs for the USA every 3 to 4 weeks. Crossing the Atlantic and clearing U.S. Customs takes about 2 to 3 weeks. Once in the U.S., the container is delivered to our Ohio warehouse, where it's broken down and each order is individually repackaged for local shipping and handed off to UPS or FedEx for delivery to you.
Taken together, this process runs with precision and regularity, so you can expect delivery within 5–6 weeks, occasionally sooner. The exact timing depends on where in the cycle your order falls when it's created.
Once your order is containerized, we have a good idea of when it will reach you. As soon as we're notified from Germany that containerization has taken place, we'll email you an approximate delivery date. When your order is handed off to UPS or FedEx, we'll notify you again with the tracking number.
