Cordless, there's no hardwiring required because there's a built-in battery. The mirror recharges and lasts about a month between charges with normal use. The LEDs are a bright 3,000 Lumens and dimmable by touching the sensor near the bottom of the face of the mirror. The lighting color is 5,500k or daylight, for perfect color rendition and flawless face look. The large 5x magnification mirror diameter is 9-inches, with an 8-inch viewing area.
